The Electronic Control Logic assure, by Volumetric or Weighing process, a correct and balanced cross way distribution of ingredients.
The system is conveniently used to overcome the frequent unbalance distribution of ingredients existing between the two sides of the mould when filled by chocolate blended with ingredients.
It allows the control of the quantity of ingredients delivered by each one of the cross independent channels per each depositor cycle. The system can handle both homogeneous or mixed ingredients (rice crisps, raisins, granulates, flakes etc.).
