Chocolate Matrix Distributor
Our
biggest realization upto now has been manufactured in order to serve six
Wrapping machines with Napolitain chocolate product coming from
production line.
The
moulding production line produces 36 chocolate matrix tablets per minute
and our Automatic Product Distributor is organized to serve at the
maximum cadence the 1st wrapping machine and in cascade connection with
decreasing rhythms, the remaining five ones.
It is
also estimated that maybe the last wrapping machine could remain
un-operative if the first five operate at full speed.
Each
line across, is organized with n. 2 transport belts, one placed on the
rack that is able to collect 2 matrix of chocolate product and transfer
them downstream and the other one as exit belt, that once collected the
product of chocolate matrix is able to deliver them in synchronization
with Wrapping machine’s belt forwarding.
In
order to obtain this synchronization we installed one encoder onto each
infeed Wrapping machine’s belt that, after having received one chocolate
row at time of our matrix, organize the line up of the single pieces to
prepare them for the wrapping phase.
The
whole line is completed by an outgoing final belt able to take care of
eventual chocolate matrix that are not transferred to the wrapping
machine.
We also
supplied a system able to reposition the undelivered matrix on plastic
plates and pile them up into e vertical buffer.
We look
forward to see you at Interpack in Dsseldorf and show you the System. |
